1. I am a Parking Review subscriber. How do I access www.parkingreview.co.uk?
The first time you use the site, you need to register. Enter your email address and the password you were sent via email in the purple bar at the top of the page and click register.
2. I was not sent a password
If we do not hold your email address, and you have not received a password, go to www.parkingreview.co.uk/preregister and enter your subscriber number (to be found on the address sheet you receive with Parking Review), and then the full postcode (without spaces) to which your copy of Parking Review is sent. Once you have completed this, you will be able to change your login details to something more memorable.If you have difficulties registering or logging in, email us and we will be happy to help. Please provide your name, company name (if applicable) the magazine delivery address and your subscriber number.
3. I am not a subscriber. How do I access www.parkingreview.co.uk?
You can register as a site user by providing your contact details and choosing a password. This enables you to register to receive our weekly newsletter and details of job and tender opportunities. You can access all parts of the site except the news function, which is reserved for subscribers. Subscriptions start from just £10.00 for 30 days access. Our subscription rates can be viewed here and you can subscribe online here4. How can I manage my subscription online?
You can renew your subscription, buy a new one, change the delivery address and see how many more issues are left before your subscription lapses. Alternatively, you can email Michelle, who will make any amendments on your behalf.5. I am changing my job/contact details
You can change your email address and/or magazine delivery address in the subscription section of the site. Alternatively, if you email Michelle she will amend your details for you.6. Can my office have logins for more than one person?
Yes. Please call 0845 270 7857 or email Michelle for details.7. Can I have an online-only subscription?
Yes. The rate is £60.00 per year (plus VAT for UK customers) Subscribe here8. Can I pay by credit card?
Yes. Payments are processed via "Google checkout" for your security and convenience.9. What can I get from the website?

10. How do I comment on articles?
At the top of each article, click the link that says "comment on this story" type your comment in the message box and click enter. Your comment will appear after it has been moderated by a member of our editorial team. Please abide by the following rules- The comment field is not to be used to advertise or promote commercial goods or services.
- Comments should be relevant to the article posted
- Users may not post messages purely to abuse another user, or to bring into question their integrity or honesty.
- Any comments which could be construed as illegal are of course not allowed and will be removed. The pertinent laws in the UK relate to a) libel, and b) incitement to violence. Posts which are based on hatred of generic groups of people by way of sexuality, religion, race, colour, physical disability, sex, language, or indeed any other broad categorisation will not be tolerated.

11. I can’t find an article
You can search our archive (issue 184 to present) in a number of ways.- By Keyword search. Enter the term into the purple search bar at the top of every page
- Quicksearch. Search by our commonly searched terms
- By Section. In the news section, search by article type (e.g. people news, enforcement etc.)
