Parking Review is the leading news magazine for the parking industry.

Parking Review was launched in 1989 by managing editor Mark Moran. It has grown to become the definitive source of news and intelligence on the UK and international public and private parking sectors.

Mark Moran 


Mark launched Parking Review in 1989. He also created the British Parking Awards, which is the parking sector's premier competition and social event. Mark programmes the annual Enforcement Summit, Parking Managers' Convention and Park & Ride events. He has published titles such as Colin Chick's On-street Parking: A Guide to Practice and Mark Valleley's Parking Perspectives. Mark was part of the cross-industry panel which devised and launched the original NVQ in Parking Control. He is also publisher of The Enforcers.

Deniz Huseyin


Deniz is editor of The Enforcers, the leading journal for the civil enforcement sector. He is also deputy editor of Parking Review, which he has worked for since 1999.
Deniz has a long and distinguished journalistic career, having worked for a diverse range of titles including Local Transport Today, Fishing News, Motor Trade Executive, Radio Communication and Psychic News!

Patrick McDonnell


Patrick is senior reporter and photographer for both Parking Review and The Enforcers. Patrick joined the team four years ago after a career in television editing, which saw him work on programmes such as the award-winning South Bank Show.
